Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
Instructions:
Put salsa, garlic powder, cumin, black beans, and vegan cream cheese in a food processor
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
Add diced tomatoes, green onions, and bell peppers to the mixture after moving it to a bowl
Add pepper and salt to taste
