Vegan Cream Cheese Bean Dip



This vegan cream cheese bean dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for parties or gatherings. It's easy to make and packed with protein and fiber from black beans.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish optional

Instructions:

Put salsa, garlic powder, cumin, black beans, and vegan cream cheese in a food processor

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Add diced tomatoes, green onions, and bell peppers to the mixture after moving it to a bowl

Add pepper and salt to taste

If you want, add fresh cilantro as a garnish

You can serve this with vegetable sticks or tortilla chips
