Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325F 160C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
Add water to the dry mixture and stir until a thick dough forms
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the chia seeds absorb the water and the mixture thickens
Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet
Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly, about 1/8 inch thick
Remove the top parchment paper and use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into small cracker-sized pieces
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crisp
Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving
Store in an airtight container for up to a week
