Made with almond milk, real pumpkin, and warm spices, this classic fall favorite is Paleo-friendly and perfectly paired with NESCAFE Dolce Gusto espresso.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 shot NESCAFE Dolce Gusto espresso
- Optional: coconut whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat until hot but not boiling
Remove from heat and froth using a milk frother or immersion blender until frothy
Brew NESCAFE Dolce Gusto espresso according to machine instructions
Pour the espresso into a mug, then pour the frothy pumpkin milk mixture over it
Top with coconut whipped cream if desired
