Healthy Gluten-Free Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips gluten-free
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and coconut flour

Add creamy almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl

Mix until the dough comes together

Fold in mini chocolate chips and a pinch of salt into the dough mixture
