Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup adobo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker
In a bowl, mix together adobo sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Pour the mixture over the chicken
